1. Who can play

You must be 18 or older to use DONUTACE. By creating an account you confirm your age and that gambling-style games are legal where you live. One account per person.

2. Coins

All balances on DONUTACE are DonutSMP in-game coins. Coins are deposited and withdrawn through the DonutSMP Minecraft server and have no guaranteed real-world monetary value. We are not responsible for changes to the DonutSMP economy.

3. Fair play

Every game result is generated by the provably fair scheme described on the Provably Fair page. Exploiting bugs, automating play, or using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses will forfeit balances and close accounts.

4. Bonuses

Daily wheel prizes, rakeback, and affiliate commissions are promotional and can be adjusted or withdrawn at any time. Abuse of any bonus system voids the associated balance.

5. Responsible play

Deposit, loss, and session limits plus self-exclusion are available on the Responsible Play page. Self-exclusion is binding for its full duration and cannot be lifted early.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. We may pause games or the whole site for maintenance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the coin balance on your account.
